Managing a Crisis: are you prepared?
The PLC Law Department Forum is a high level event dedicated to senior in-house lawyers and executives with responsibility for legal strategy, compliance and legal risk management. Set against a backdrop of turbulent economic and market conditions, the 2012 Forum will focus on key areas of legal risk exposure for companies and strategies for managing crisis situations.
Panel sessions will include perspectives from government; industry and service providers, alongside senior in-house lawyers who will share their insights and experiences; identifying lessons learned and predicting the challenges ahead.

"I am delighted to be chairing the PLC Law Department Forum again in 2012 – my eighth year as chair of this event. Each year the Forum builds on the success of the previous year, bringing together senior in-house lawyers in a unique and informal environment dedicated to our community.
Few have escaped the impact of the turbulent economic and market conditions over the last few months and few know what challenges we are likely to face ahead.
